Nothing is more important to us than the safety and security of your children. That’s why we’ve chosen KidCheck as our children’s check-in solution to bring you the best check-in experience and to allow us to partner with you to keep your children safe. We will go live with KidCheck July 22. It is important to create your free account prior to this date, otherwise you will have to create it when you arrive at church. All Preschool – 3rd Graders will be checked in and out through KidCheck on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Create your account from the comfort of home; it’s simple and will only take a few minutes. Creating your account prior to July 22 helps us have a smooth transition and helps your first check-in go more quickly so you can get on your way. Once you’ve created your account, you will use your 10-digit phone number or scan a KidCheck key tag to check-in each week.

Sign up & Check in Procedures

To Sign Up:

1. Go to manchesterfbc.com and select the provided link which will take you directly to our church’s account. Or download the KidCheck Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store to create, manage, and update your account right on your mobile device.

2. Select “Create Your KidCheck Account”. Only one family member should create the account. Others will be added as guardians in the set-up process. 

3. Fill in the requested fields, and agree to the terms of use.



To Add Children And Guardians:  

1. Locate the “Kids” tab. Select the link to add a new child, and input your child’s information and upload photos (recommended, but not required). Note: If your child does not have allergy or medical information, leave that field blank. Do not enter “none” or “N/A”. Select the save button when you are done.

2. Locate the “Guardians” tab. This is where you will input additional guardians whom you would like to be able to drop off or pick up the children you’ve listed. The guardians should be 18 years or older. Add their information (and upload photos). Remember to click save when you are done.

  

         

Checking In Your Child:  

1. Go to a kiosk. One kiosk will be located at the Wee Connect Check-in location and another kiosk will be at the Kids Connect Check-in location. You will check in all your children at one kiosk. It doesn’t matter which one you use.

2. Enter your 10 digit phone number. If you wish to have a key tag to scan, you can receive one on your first check in. If you choose to use a key tag, you will just scan your tag each week. 

3. You will check each child in for the service times for which you will be present. Example: both 8:30 and 9:45, or both 9:45 and 11:00 or only 9:45, etc. Note: This will be your default and you will not have to check this weekly unless you are checking in for different services on a particular week.  

4. The printer at the kiosk will print off a name tag for each child and a guardian tag which you will need when you return to claim your child/children. If you want more than one guardian tag, select that option. 

5. Tear off the tags and place the child’s tag on his/her back. This tag has your child’s name, any allergy information and other info helpful to the volunteers leading your child’s groups. 

6. Keep your guardian tag!



Checking Out Your Child:

1. Present the guardian tag to the volunteer or teacher. The tag must be presented by someone you have designated as a guardian.

2. The volunteer or teacher will match your tag to the child’s tag. 

3. You are free to go!



NOTE: Children will no longer be dismissed on their own. A guardian must check out each child.
